Montgomery County, PA

In compliance with Montgomery County Public Health Code (MCPHC), Chapter IV FOOD PROTECTION, all temporary food service establishments must be approved prior to operation. The application for temporary food service license must be submitted to the Montgomery County Health Department (MCHD) at least TEN (10) working days prior to the first day of the event to ensure approval. Please refer to the application (first page of packet) for fee schedule.
